About the Role
We are currently recruiting anSystems Engineer - Serviceon behalf of a security organisation in Dublin. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a specialised field of engineering, and to work with leading corporations on their security developments and maintenance. You’ll workregionally across varied commercial and residentiallocations,supportmeaningful security initiatives, and gain valuable training in the operations and servicingof high-end security systems. This role is for engineers with the experience working on detailed access systems and the skills to ensure theirfull efficiency.
The successful candidate will an expert on servicingelectronic access systems, have a strong reactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues, familiarity in security installation in a corporate environment is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the service and maintenance of electronic security systems – as scheduled by our Service Manager
To ensure that Service and maintenance works are completed on time
To carry out reactive calls as and when required
To personally manage your personal vehicle and vehicle stock
To be a member of the out of hours on-call rota and standby rota when required
To comply with the Company Health & Safety requirements
To liaise with Electrical Contractors and Customers at a local and site level
To ensure all works are completed to an acceptable level in line with company standards and to the customers satisfaction
To represent the Company in a professional manner
To maintain the highest standards of quality at all times
To minimise waste and the effect on the environment as per company policies
To respond to all communications within an appropriate time
To use Company property responsibly
To be highly motivated and work on your own, with an excellent attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
5 years check-ablework history
Unrestricted right to work in the Ireland
Fluent written and spoken English
Excellent understanding of current standards relating to Security Systems
Experience of Intruder, Intercom, Access Control and CCTV installation
Experience of Integration of Security Systems
Full clean driving license essential
Strong communicator with confidence delivering technical information
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Practical problem-solver with sound judgement
Team player who can work across estates, corporations, and contractor teams
Passion for electrical security systems, compliance, and continuous improvement
Candidates with experience working with the following software systems and physical security equipment are encouraged to apply.
Systems/software platforms: Lenel, Genetec, EntraPass, Kantech, CCURE, Pacom, Integriti, Protege, Ipassan, Vanderbilt, and Milestone.
Hardware/equipment manufacturers: Honeywell, Axis, Bosch, Siemens, and 2N.
