Full-Time | Workshop & Field ServiceAbout the RoleWe are recruiting both an experienced Marine Engineer and a Trainee to join a busy workshop and field service team. This is a full-time role with on-call requirements. Full training is available for motivated candidates with strong mechanical ability.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on marine enginesSupport workshop operations and on-site field service workPrioritise daily tasks and manage workflow effectivelyLiaise professionally with staff, suppliers and clientsMaintain accurate documentation and follow safety proceduresAssist with troubleshooting and technical assessmentsSkills and ExperienceExperienced Applicants:Proven experience with engines (marine experience preferred)Strong organisational and problem-solving skillsTrainee Applicants:Mechanically minded, self-driven and eager to learnAbility to work independently and handle tasks methodicallyGeneral Requirements:High attention to detail and strong communication skillsBoat licence and trailer licence preferableMust hold an EU passport or permanent Irish resident visaConfident working with a wide range of colleaguesTraining & SupportFull training on marine engines and systems availableSupport provided by an experienced and friendly teamIf you're organised, motivated and ready to grow your engineering career, we would like to hear from you.
