This is an exceptional opportunity for a Clinical Lead to shape the provision of pharmaceutical care in our specialized oncology and haematology service.


The successful candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement initiatives, optimize clinical information systems, and lead on patient safety.



About the Role:



* Lead audit, research, and quality improvement projects within the pharmacy service;

* Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver excellent patient care;

* Oversee safe management of medications including formulary decisions and stock shortages;

* Liaise with stakeholders to implement effective medication policies and guidelines.
