The Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will:
* Drive business development and lead commercial initiatives.
* Identify and engage high-value clients and strategic partners.
* Present marketing solutions and demonstrate ROI-driven outcomes.
* Lead negotiations and secure agreements with new clients.
* Maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage follow-up conversations.
* Collaborate with the team to exceed client expectations.
* Provide strategic insights to help scale the agency's growth.
About You:
* Proven experience in business development, commercial management, or sales, ideally in digital marketing or agency environments.
* Comfortable presenting to senior decision-makers and closing high-value deals.
* Results-driven with a track record of opening doors and generating revenue.
* Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Able to operate independently and strategically in a fast-paced environment.
