Project Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects at our organization. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Leading and managing multiple projects to achieve strategic business objectives.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Developing and implementing effective project management plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
* Evaluating project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
* Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through proactive market research and analysis.
* Providing coaching and guidance to junior project managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
You will have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice that could result in a risk of injury, environmental impact, or risk to equipment and other personnel.
Requirements include a primary degree level education in Engineering (or equivalent combination of training and experience), minimum 5 years manufacturing experience, and advanced project management certification desirable.
