As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be providing a first-class customer experience, while maximising sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment. The smooth running of the service department is vital to our business, and you will become a key element of the team.
Main Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
* Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from the first contact right through to the customer collecting their vehicle.
* Detailing customer requirements on job cards and invoices.
* Assist in monitoring the work in progress and report any issues to management.
* Liaising and having open communication with both our Parts Department and Technicians.
* Keeping the customer informed and updated on the progress of the works being carried out.

* To ensure that all parts requested have been ordered & charged for correctly.
