We are seeking an experienced Operations Service Management Manager to oversee operations and project delivery, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

About the Role
This is a key position within our organisation, working closely with members of the Operations team and other stakeholders. As Operations Service Management Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills across all areas of operations and project management.
* Understand the full scope of the Operations environment.
* Engage with and manage Fire's relationship with key service providers, including Tier 1 Banks.
* Manage Fire's incident management process and external enhanced due diligence process.
* Deliver initiatives to enhance the operations of the business.
* Lead the Operations Quality programme.
Your Background
You should have at least three years' experience in a business environment, preferably in project management or operations. A degree in Business, Arts, Finance, or a related field is also required. You must be analytical, making fact-based decisions, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Strong communication skills are essential, as is a willingness to innovate and improve processes. Experience in the fintech/financial services industry is highly desirable.
