We are working with a top-tier Irish law firm based in Dublin for a lawyer to join their Tax team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join an ambitious Corporate Tax team, working across advisory, transactional areas, and tax disputes also. The candidate will work on a vast range of tax matters including corporate restructurings, M&A, private equity, VAT, cross-border tax planning, real estate tax, and more.
The individual will deliver tax solutions to a global client base, while working with an international team. The candidate will also be willing to engage in business development and thought leadership.
5+ years’ PQE;
Qualified solicitor with an additional tax/accounting qualification;
Strong tax background;
Strong team player;
Willingness to engage in business development;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Technically excellent.
