About Your New Job Handle support requests from Apple Sales personnel using the Sales Central system (ERP).
Push the tech team to resolve issues if you cannot resolve them independently.
Attend meetings and communicate effectively with internal teams.
Rectify issues or escalate them by opening a ticket or holding a call with the tech team.
Support approximately **** users across Europe.
What Skills You Need ERP System Experience essential Ability to take initiative and not wait for direction.
SQL Experience -Proficiency in SQL is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders.
Whats on Offer Competitive Salary: €37,000 - €43,000 per annum.
11.5-month contract.
