Are you an experienced property valuation professional seeking to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Residential / Commercial Valuer to join a well-established and high-performing property agency based in Dundalk. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic, client-focused environment, delivering professional valuations across a diverse range of property types.
Responsibilities
* Conducting professional valuations across residential, commercial, development land, and agricultural property types.
* Preparing Red Book valuations for all property classes.
* Delivering valuations for financial institutions, lenders, probate, Fair Deal, family law, and Part V purposes.
* Managing the full valuation process — from instruction to inspection and report delivery.
* Ensuring all documentation is accurate, professionally presented, and compliant with SCSI, RICS, or IPAV standards.
* Building strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and internal teams through clear and consistent communication.
* Contributing to business development by identifying new opportunities and cross-selling services across the nationwide network.
* Maintaining accurate internal records and ensuring ongoing CPD compliance.
What We’re Looking For
* Member of SCSI / RICS / IPAV (or equivalent recognised professional body).
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential and commercial valuations.
* Strong knowledge of valuation standards and reporting requirements.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant valuation software.
* Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
* Experience working with a range of financial institutions or lenders.
* Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and business development.
