This dynamic role combines front-line customer interaction with comprehensive back-office coordination, managing everything from quotations and technical inquiries to workshop repairs and training administration. The position holder acts as a vital link between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication flow while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
