Eir evo talent are seeking applicants for a Data Protection Lawyer for our client in the Dublin City Centre (Hybrid working available). This role will work closely with the data protection partner and other associates in Ireland alongside our client’s international data protection network.
Responsibilities include:
* Advise on a wide variety of exciting and cutting-edge data protection matters involving GDPR implementation and compliance issues, data breach reporting and management, operationalisation of data subject rights, data transfer challenges, data protection litigation and children’s data protection issues.
* An excellent understanding of the data protection legal regime in Ireland and the EU, with considerable experience of data protection regulatory and/or compliance work at a senior level gained in a comparable law firm environment or in-house.
* We are currently only considering Irish Qualified Lawyers, or those in different common law countries with a clear and fast path to re-qualification as an Irish qualified solicitor.
