**Job Opportunity for Senior Pharmacist**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety, participating in the delivery and development of a clinical pharmacy service, and managing the efficient operation of the Dispensary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that patient care and safety are always the top priority
* Promote and embody UPMC's core values: Quality and Safety, Dignity and Respect, Caring and Listening, Responsibility and Integrity, Excellence and Innovation
* Participate in the delivery and development of a clinical pharmacy service, including prescription review, patient education, and documentation of clinical interventions
Requirements:
* Be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland or entitled to be so registered
* Essential minimum 5 years experience
* Possess specialized knowledge and ability, including high suitability and management ability, for proper discharge of role duties
