Flaherty Markets Ltd have a vacancy for a Van Sales Driver/Warehouse Operative based in Castlebar, Co Mayo
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Receiving deliveries of goods and supplies
* Loading and unloading deliveries by hand and/or forklift truck.
* Check for damaged or missing items and sorting stock for storage.
* Picking and loading of sales orders.
* General warehouse upkeep and maintenance.
* Must have a good attention to detail and capable of working alone or part of a team. Always work with due care and attention to ensure the personal safety of yourself and others.
* Drive your vehicle is a courteous and safe manner with regard to other road users and in accordance with road legislation and company policies and procedures
* Maintain vehicle and complete weekly vehicle checklists as required
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 2 years driving experience is essential
* Must hold a full category B licence
* Must have fluent verbal and written English
* Strong customer service skills and professional demeanour
* Strong time management skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work harmoniously with people at all levels within the organisation
