Location:
East Galway, close to bus routes.
On site everyday, daily hours of 9am to 5pm.

About Your New Job
As the Admin Support Executive, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the office, reporting to the Office Manager.
You will provide general administration support: answering phones, managing emails, greet visitors, and assist with all office tasks.
Organise and support the operational function of each event, both in preparation and during the event.
Manage customer enquiries and deliver high-quality customer service.
Build strong relationships through open communication and assist with the efficient running of the office.
What Skills You Need
Proven experience in administration, customer service, or office support (minimum 2 years preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with office software and online systems.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
What's on Offer
Competitive salary: €35,000 – €38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
23 days annual leave and a 10% employer pension scheme.
