Assistant Restaurant Manager
Hawksmoor Dublin, one of the city’s busiest restaurants and Ireland’s No.1 steakhouse, is looking for an assistant restaurant manager to join the senior restaurant leadership team. You will work with the General Manager, AGMs, Exec Chef, Bar Manager, Wine Manager and Reservations Manager as the assistant head of the restaurant department, helping to lead a large team and drive exceptional service.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager who loves building a positive, motivated, and inclusive culture where every team member feels valued and driven. You will support the Restaurant Manager in helping the team grow and shine, providing training, mentorship, and alignment to deliver exceptional service in one of the busiest restaurants in Dublin. You will oversee a team of 40+ wait staff and head waiters.
Responsibilities
* Lead from the front and set the standard for service, being hands-on and involved in daily operations from guest welcome to the smooth execution of the dining experience.
* Support the Restaurant Manager with team development, training, and mentorship to ensure consistent guest experiences.
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborate with leadership across the restaurant department to maintain a positive culture and shared goals.
