Duties & Responsibilities:
* Support the Room Leads and create the daily activities of the early years and care rooms for children aged 1-5 years.
* Develop and implement an interest-based curriculum that expands children's interests and understanding.
* Create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes children's development and well-being.
* Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
* Mentor and support other staff members in the room.
Requirements:
* Minimum FETAC Level 6 qualification in Childcare.
* Proven experience in early years education, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
* Successful completion of Garda Vetting and two confirmed references.
