Accounts Assistant Role
We are seeking an accomplished Accounts Assistant to spearhead the Purchase Ledger process and provide support to our team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the Purchase Ledger process, including Month End supplier reconciliations, invoice processing, payments to suppliers, and communicating with suppliers and internal management.
* Process subcontractor payments, CIS Returns, and CIS statements.
* Offer backup for the weekly payroll processor.
* Perform occasional office administration duties.
* Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required.
Key Requirements:
* Purchase Ledger experience, including experience in accounting software.
* Broader knowledge of accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, journals.
* Attention to detail and ability to organise workload to meet deadlines.
