PARTS ADMINISTRATOR Our client, a global leader in the heavy equipment and construction machinery sector, is seeking a Parts Administrator to join their busy Dublin operations. COMPANY: Our client is a major international manufacturer and supplier of earthmoving machinery, cranes, and construction equipment. Their Dublin-based facility supports customers across Ireland with parts, service, and technical expertise. With a strong reputation for quality and engineering excellence, they are expanding their administrative team to support growing demand in their parts and aftersales division. THE ROLE: The Dublin-based Parts Administrator will be responsible for: Handling customer and internal orders for spare parts and components. Coordinating stock levels, checking availability, and arranging shipments. Assisting technicians and service teams by sourcing parts quickly and efficiently. Liaising with suppliers, logistics, and warehousing to ensure smooth operations. Managing paperwork, invoices, and updating internal systems accurately. THE PERSON: Our client is looking for: Previous experience in administration, parts coordination, or service support (construction, automotive, or engineering industry experience ideal). Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working with IT systems, databases, and inventory platforms. A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills. Team player with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
