About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven professional to support our National Account Managers (NAMs) and Brand Managers across a portfolio of leading brands.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, managing processes, and keeping multiple projects moving. As the central coordination point for brand and customer administration, you will ensure smooth execution of activities across Retail, Wholesale, DIY, B2B, and Non-Food channels.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
* Supporting National Account Managers and Brand Managers with day-to-day customer and brand administration.
* Acting as the go-to contact for customer queries related to product data, forms, and account set-up.
* Managing new product development (NPD) launches, ensuring listings, set-ups, and promotional plans are delivered on time.
* Assisting with sales forecasting and liaising closely with Supply Chain and Finance to track performance.
* Producing and maintaining regular reports on customer sales, stock, and promotions.
* Maintaining all brand and customer records centralized and up to date for internal teams.
