Job Description
* We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This role will involve working closely with the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure seamless shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.
You will be responsible for managing and guiding the shop team, as well as maintaining high standards of customer service through a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable approach.
A key aspect of this role is providing an outstanding customer experience, which includes accepting bets accurately and processing transactions in a timely manner.
In addition, you will act as a Brand Ambassador, introducing customers to our multi-channel/digital journey.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day shop operations
* Manage and guide the shop team
* Provide an outstanding customer experience through a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable approach
* Accept bets and process transactions accurately and efficiently
* Act as a Brand Ambassador, introducing customers to our multi-channel/digital journey
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in fast-paced environments
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
