By leveraging your linguistic expertise and cultural knowledge, you'll help ensure that AI systems provide relevant and contextually accurate responses.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, assess, and refine question-answer pairs to improve LLM performance.Annotate data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines.Evaluate the quality of existing datasets and machine learning outputs.Conduct basic research to ensure accurate annotations.Develop and maintain annotation guidelines for consistent, high-quality results.Provide feedback on annotation tasks to improve processes and workflows.Identify trends or patterns in annotated data and share insights with the team.Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.RequirementsWe're looking for candidates who are analytical, adaptable, and passionate about working with data.
