About the Role
As a key member of our Post-Sales Solutions Architect team, you will play a vital role in helping customers maximize their investment in dbt Cloud.
You will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing potential churn or contraction risks. Your expertise in modern data warehousing architectures, analytics stacks, and SQL proficiency will enable you to provide strategic input on customer lifecycle and renewal processes.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Monitor existing books of business to identify opportunities for expansion and address potential churn or contraction risks.
* Collaborate closely with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects on customer accounts to build strong trust-based relationships and drive customer success.
* Educate customers on new products and features as they are launched and optimize existing product utilization to increase customer value.
The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a post-sales role, such as a technical account manager or CSE, or as a data practitioner.
* Solid technical background with understanding of modern data warehousing architectures, analytics stacks, and SQL proficiency.
* High degree of comfort presenting to various stakeholders and audience with experience in externally facing roles.
