Job Title: Senior Parts Advisor
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Parts Advisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused parts service. They will manage parts enquiries, stock control, supplier relationships, and support the Parts Manager and junior staff.
* Provide expert advice to retail and trade customers on parts availability, pricing, suitability;
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts or alternatives;
* Maintain accurate stock levelsand conduct regular stock checks;
