Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and coordinate a multi-agency steering committee for prevention, partnership and family-support.
* Collaborate with the Senior Manager and the Children's and Young People's Services Committee to ensure integrated, outcome-focused support for children and young people.
* Provide line-management and guidance to PPFS support staff, including professional and administrative personnel.
* Develop tailored strategies for engaging various sectors (eg schools, youth work, primary care) and manage the Child & Family Support Networks (CFSNs) within the catchment area.
Job Requirements:
* A relevant qualification in Social Care; community work, family support, social care, social work, education or other relevant discipline
* 3 years post-qualification of experience
* CORU registration (desirable)
* High-quality experience of administration and management
* Experience of collaboration with external teams and agencies
* A tracked history of community networking and attaining results
* A full driving license and access to transport for local travel
