We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to drive continuous improvement and lead problem-solving activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional teams for complex product and process quality issues.
* Facilitate structured problem-solving tools in root cause investigation.
* Analyze customer returns and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Evaluate Non-Conforming Material and Disposition strategies.
* Interpret SEM/TEM images and EDX data for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study.
* 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
* Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technology advancements.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to facilitate team collaboration.
