We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Senior HR Manager. This key member of the Site Leadership Team will be responsible for providing and assuring overall Human Resources strategic and operational success for an associate headcount exceeding 700.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance on human capital issues, conflict resolution, performance management, and associate relations.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition to achieve staffing strategy within the site.
* Monitor collective bargaining, grievance, and disciplinary activity across the site.
