About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Construction Professional looking to transition into a more office-based role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including construction operations and administration.
* Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in Site / Construction / Project Management: You must have extensive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Technical knowledge in the Construction Industry: You should have a deep understanding of the construction industry, from ground up.
* Knowledgeable in the Irish and UK Markets: You must be familiar with the Irish and UK markets, including local regulations and best practices.
* Qualifications beneficial in H&S, Business, Project Management: Any relevant qualifications, such as H&S certifications, business degrees, or project management training, would be beneficial.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities: You must be able to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
* Work with a high attention to detail and accuracy: You must be meticulous in your work, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
* Ability to drive: You may be required to travel to site occasionally, so you must hold a valid driver's license.
