Job Description:
The role of the Senior Professional Development Specialist in Management and Leadership Development is to lead the development, management, and delivery of professional development programs for the Institute.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A postgraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as management, leadership, learning and development, public administration/policy or social sciences;
* A minimum of seven years' experience at managerial or professional level with evidence of managing projects in complex multi-stakeholder environments;
* Experience of course/curriculum development and delivery including training seminars conferences; leadership forums*
