We are seeking a Receptionist/Office Administrator who is looking to make a move into a truly fulfilling, dynamic industry. The role offers flexible working arrangements, and part-time applicants will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet trainees, customers, and clients
* Operate the switchboard
* Prepare training rooms
* Provide administrative support
* Assist the Sales team
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ office/reception experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good organizational skills
* Motivated, confident, eager to learn, with a strong work ethic
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
* Flexibility and good business sense are essential
