Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a vision for improvement and innovation, and an analytical mindset.

The Workplace Experience Coordinator will be responsible for championing workplace experience, helping to make the site a true destination for clients and their colleagues. This includes coordinating and implementing change through the workplace experience journey.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in building services, corporate or hospitality environments, event management, and technology use. They will also possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in building services, corporate or hospitality environments
* Event management experience
* Familiarity with MS Office and other applications
* Excellent communication skills
* Analytical mindset
* Ability to think strategically and independently
* Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred

    What You'll Do:

    * Liaise with FM Team and Client contacts to drive the workplace experience strategy
    * Manage and coordinate the creation of initiatives, working with onsite teams to promote and create a forward planner of activities
    * Assist in the coordination of all client events activities on site ensuring a seamless end to end delivery
    * Support the delivery of the One Team ethos

    Other Requirements:

    * Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives related to building operations and work safety
    * Oversee operations, assign work orders, and provide technical and procedural training of coworkers and subcontractors
    * Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed

    Note: While performing duties, the Workplace Experience Coordinator may be required to lift/carry heavy loads, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and stoop.
