Job Title: Regional Director of Care

* You will build relationships with stakeholders beyond traditional CHO areas, developing strategies for high-performing teams tailored to expansion challenges.
* Ongoing operational efficiencies and ensuring regulatory compliance will be essential in this role.
* Evaluating the use of a rights-based approach in service delivery and driving innovation in care solutions are key aspects of this position.
* You will also lead the strategic expansion plan, managing new service setup and financial targets.

We provide services to children and young adults in the care and disability sectors. Our multidisciplinary team includes social care workers, nurses, and healthcare assistants supported by psychologists, behavioural therapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
This role requires a professional with a proven track record in executive leadership and strategic planning. You must have experience in delivering high-quality care services and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A degree in a relevant field such as social work or healthcare management is desirable.
A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to ensure compliance is essential. Additionally, you should have experience in evaluating and implementing a rights-based approach in service delivery.
Familiarity with financial management and budgeting is also necessary, as well as the ability to drive innovation in care solutions.
