Your mission:
* Display commitment to our vision, purpose, and values.
* Be the first point of contact at reception, providing exceptional customer care.
* Build and develop customer relationships to drive service excellence.
* Stay updated on all Aura programmes and services.
* Respond to customer queries and seek opportunities to improve service.
* Provide administrative support for the centre.
* Work with the team to meet customer needs and promote the Aura brand.
* Participate in running promotions and events.
* Promote front-of-house sales and achieve retail targets.
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area.
These tasks represent some of the daily responsibilities of our Receptionists and reflect the vibrant life at Aura.
Here's what we need from you:
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships.
* Excellent communication skills.
* An outgoing personality, adaptable and flexible.
* A positive attitude and team focus.
* Strong organization and time management skills.
* Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Understanding of cash management.
* Flexibility regarding working hours/days.
* Fluent English is required due to the role's nature.
