Job Description:
Pyxel is seeking a Customer Success Executive to support and manage customer relationships across its automotive SaaS platform.
The role involves onboarding new customers, providing structured training, and delivering ongoing account support to ensure successful product adoption and long-term customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts on a day-to-day basis, maintaining accurate records using CRM systems, and monitoring customer activity to identify issues, usage trends and opportunities for improvement.
The role also includes supporting customer renewals and identifying appropriate upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the commercial team. The employee will gather structured customer feedback and work closely with internal teams to support product development and service improvements.
Strong communication skills, organisational ability and an interest in technology-driven customer success are essential. The role requires the ability to work independently within a small team environment and to support a growing SaaS business.
