Sales Leadership Position
This is a leadership role within our sales team, requiring the ability to manage all aspects of our operation. This includes performance levels and sales targets; sales office costs, coaching and developing staff.
To excel in this role, you will have a proven track record in sales and performance management, and you will need a full, clean driving license.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and Manage Performance
Leading and managing the performance of the sales team is crucial to achieving our goals. This involves setting clear targets and expectations, providing regular feedback and coaching, and monitoring progress against these targets.
* Provide Coaching and Development
We are committed to the development and growth of our staff. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for providing coaching and development opportunities to help staff achieve their full potential.
* Allocate Targets and Resources
You will work closely with other branch managers to ensure that targets are allocated effectively and that resources are utilized efficiently.
* Grow Revenue through Direct Selling and Account Management
As a sales leader, your primary focus will be on growing revenue through direct selling and account management. This will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and negotiating deals.
* Develop Customer Relationships and Sales Opportunities
Developing strong customer relationships is critical to success in this role. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and developing strategies to increase sales.
* Support Regional Objectives
You will also play a key role in supporting regional objectives, including sales targets and loss ratios. This will involve working closely with the Regional Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve these objectives.
Education Requirements
A CIP qualification is required for this role, and previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous.
