About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Your Role:
* Own execution of multiple concurrent programs of projects end to end.
* Present project reporting and project plans to senior management.
* Lead discussions with department heads on project priority, scheduling and/or discuss new initiatives.
* Oversee execution of all projects and governance tracking and tollgates.
* Provide input on strategic direction of initiatives.
* Present benefits and value of project governance frameworks to stakeholders.
* Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from assigned initiatives.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
* Review project reports to ensure validity and ethical communication.
* Perform detailed risk analysis and reporting.
* Determine staffing and budgetary requirements for the team.
* Ensure on-going review of team KPI and KRIs.
* Lead a team of reporting and marketing.
About You:
* 8+ years of experience providing project management oversight to deliver multiple projects on time and in scope in a fast-paced environment.
* End-to-end experience managing the transition of work across multiple geographical locations.
* Experienced in managing relationships with senior level stakeholders across multiple business units.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to capture a diverse audience.
* Possess a strategic mindset and find motivation in creatively solving problems.
* Good knowledge of multiple functions in Fund Administration industry.
* Proven track of record in Management and Leadership.
* Undergrad degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
