On behalf of a leading Renewable Energy firm in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Head of Finance. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Head of Finance will play an instrumental role in driving the corporate strategy of the business, including identifying investment opportunities, raising capital and investor relations. Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Lead an experienced finance team which is responsible for internal and external reporting, treasury, audit, tax & corporate structuring, the budgeting process, and the internal control framework and policies.
2. Investor Relations: Support the CEO, COO & CFO and Corporate Finance Manager on investor relations activities, including fee and legal negotiations.
3. Investment / Fund-Raising: Support CFO with regards to debt-financing and investor roadshows.
4. Business Partnering: Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the business, including the Digital Transformation team, assisting with new ERP system implementation project.
5. Corporate Strategy: Participatein Leadership discussions, looking at the long-term vision of the firm.
Requirements
6. The ideal candidate will be Big 4 or Top 10 ACA qualified with 10+ years post-qualified experience.
7. Significant experience working with investments funds such as Private Equity, Real Estate, Renewables, Infrastructure, Aviation Leasing or similar.
8. Experience of commercial finance transactions (e.g. M&A, equity raises, debt facilities) across different jurisdictions.
9. Experience leading teams in a large-scale, complex, changing environment.
