In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and driving various people programs that align with our organisational strategy and enhance employee experience.As the People Program Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor key initiatives that promote knowledge management, product certification, talent development, engagement and retention.
Your focus will be on creating a positive organisational culture and facilitating change management processes tailored to our ever-evolving business landscape.Please note that this is a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities Manage the development and implementation of Product Certification and Knowledge Management initiatives, in conjunction with the Head of Learning & Development.
Regularly track project milestones, report on progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure the project stays on track and within budget. Create detailed timelines, milestones, and resource plans to guide the project from inception to completion. Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinate and manage efforts across product, engineering, and client services teams to ensure alignment and progress toward project goals. Work with internal and external experts to define the criteria, benchmarks, and methodologies for achieving product certification. Provide strategic guidance on change management best practices, methodologies, and tools, ensuring effective engagement and adoption. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees, to foster engagement and alignment throughout the change process. Develop and implement communication plans, materials, and messaging to keep stakeholders informed and engaged in change initiatives. RequirementsPreferred Profile: Project manager with experience managing senior executive stakeholders Experience in change management of system implementation, with a focus on employee adoption and enablement. Experience in annual review cycles preferred. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prosci) and change management certification preferred.
