Your day to day:
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Agency Account & Partner Managers
* Drive revenue growth and exceed KPIs
* Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s
* Identify process barriers and improve productivity
* Ensure high-quality sales execution and operational excellence
* Support recruitment and onboarding of top sales talent
* Maintain client SLAs and performance standards
Compensation package:
You’ll earn a €55,000 base salary, plus a €2,000–€4,000 sign-on bonus and up to €25,000 in commission, depending on performance.
Your requirements:
* Proven experience leading a sales team, ideally in digital marketing or agency environment
* Strong understanding of agency dynamics and advertiser management
* Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
* Experienced in hiring and team development
* Proficient with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
