Key Responsibilities Support daily trading activities and assist in resolving issues with external counterparties when required.
Ensure trade instructions are processed and communicated accurately within established deadlines.
Monitor transaction settlements and investigate any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain and update records within internal systems, ensuring data accuracy across platforms.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of system data, including counterparties and accounts.
Work closely with internal teams to address operational queries and improve processes.
Build and maintain effective relationships with external service providers involved in transaction processing.
Qualifications & Experience Some experience in an operations or financial services role is preferred.
Familiarity with trade processing, settlement workflows, or financial messaging systems is an advantage.
Basic understanding of financial instruments and transaction lifecycles is beneficial.
