Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Operative to join our cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks in residential properties, ensuring that all areas are kept clean, sanitary, and presentable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
* Clean and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other common spaces.
* Handle special cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and deep cleaning as needed.
* Respond to specific cleaning requests from residents in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
* Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
* Provide excellent customer service and address any resident concerns or feedback.
Requirements:
* Driver license
* Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred (Move in move out)
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Monday to Friday.
