Administrative Support Professional
Key Responsibilities:
* Entry and maintenance of data in various systems.
* Validation and processing of supplier & sales invoices.
* Daily administrative tasks, including operational support.
* Assistance with month-end accounts routine.
* Support to the wider team as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.
* High accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
* Ability to build professional relationships.
* Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel.
* Effective problem-solving and organisational abilities.
Preferred Location: Thurles or Clonmel.
