Provides HR support and guidance in the delivery of the people and organisational strategy in line with government policy and the Health Services People Strategy to ensure the orderly and integrated development of services consistently across Louth Hospitals The Senior Human Resource Advisor will advise managers as to best practice in Human Resource related issues in line with HR policies, protocols and procedures.
