New Business Wholesale Account Executive

You will support new business development, manage broker relationships, and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and secure new business opportunities with partner brokers.
* Assist in risk placement via internal systems and insurer portals.
* Gather and assess risk information to prepare competitive quotations.
* Maintain relationships with underwriters and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
* Provide high-quality customer service to brokers and clients.
* Contribute to team targets and growth objectives.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a personal lines insurance role (broker, account handler, sales, or customer service).
* Strong understanding of general insurance principles.
* Basic knowledge of commercial insurance products (property, liability, motor, etc.).
* APA (Commercial Insurance) qualification required; working towards or holding APA/CIP in Commercial is a plus.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Confident, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
