Project Development Lead
The role of the Project Development Lead is to oversee and manage projects from concept to completion. This involves defining project scope, coordinating installation works in both green field and live plant environments, and ensuring that projects are completed safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the coordination of installation works, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
* Work collaboratively with operations staff, suppliers, sub-contractors, clients, and project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Develop and implement project plans, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in Construction Management or an Engineering background and at least 5+ years of commercial build and fit-out experience. Pharmaceutical industry experience is highly desirable.
