Your focus will be on developing opportunities, shaping solutions, and securing BMS and EPMS contracts within the data centre sector.You will engage directly with hyperscale operators, colocation providers, consultants, and main contractors, understanding their operational and resilience requirements and translating them into compelling technical and commercial proposals.From early-stage client engagement through to contract award, you will act as the trusted technical sales lead—driving revenue growth while supporting long-term strategic relationships across Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with data centre clients, consultants, and contractors to identify, develop, and close BMS/EPMS sales opportunitiesReview drawings, specifications, and employer’s requirements to define solution scopeShape compliant and value-driven BMS and EPMS solutions tailored to mission-critical environmentsPrepare accurate costings covering systems, software, commissioning, and lifecycle considerationsProduce high-quality bids, proposals, and presentations that differentiate the business in a competitive marketIdentify commercial risks, value-engineering opportunities, and win strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships across the data centre ecosystemCollaborate closely with engineering, delivery, and project teams to ensure seamless handover post-awardSupport strategic business development and expansion across European data centre marketsDesired Experience3–5+ years’ experience in BMS, EPMS, building automation, or mission-critical infrastructureExposure to data centre, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or critical infrastructure projectsStrong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and client requirementsCommercially focused mindset with experience influencing decisions and supporting sales growthConfident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholdersProactive, organised, and motivated by winning work and building long-term client partnershipsWhy This Role?Sell solutions into some of Europe’s largest and most advanced data centre projectsJoin a specialist business recognised for delivering high-performance BMS and EPMS solutionsMove into (or further develop within) a strategic, revenue-driving sales role in a high-growth sectorEnjoy autonomy, career progression, and exposure to cutting-edge smart building and mission-critical technologies
