 
        
        Our client in Dublin is looking for a Project Manager. As the Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major civil engineering works within a Transportation programme. You will be responsible for managing NEC3/NEC4 contracts, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
 1. Lead the delivery of assigned infrastructure packages from inception to completion.
 2. Manage NEC contracts (ECC, PSC, TSC) including drafting, administration, and dispute resolution.
 3. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance and performance.
 4. Monitor project progress, risk, and financials, reporting to senior leadership and the client.
 5. Ensure adherence to health & safety, environmental, and quality standards.
 6. Coordinate with local authorities, utility providers, and community stakeholders.
 7. Drive programme efficiency and innovation in delivery.
Requirements
 8. Proven experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure or transport projects.
 9. Strong working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts – ideally with formal training or accreditation.
 10. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
 11. Minimum 7 years' experience in project delivery, with at least 3 years in NEC contract management.
 12. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 13. Familiarity with Irish planning, procurement, and public sector frameworks is a plus.
 14. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification desirable.
