Key Duties:
1. Develop accurate estimates for labour, materials, and equipment
2. Engage with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
3. Contribute to bid and tender submissions
4. Monitor market trends to maintain competitiveness
Requirements:
5. Degree in Construction/Engineering/Finance
6. 5+ years' estimating experience
7. Proficiency with estimating tools
8. Excellent analytical and communication skills
