This opportunity sits within M.E.D. Surgical / Uniphar Medtech, a dedicated division focused on delivering innovative medical technologies and solutions.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
* Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships.
* Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis.
* Assist customers with training, clinical, technical, and commercial enquiries.
* Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility.
* Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential.
* Systematic collection, presentation and interpretation of market and competitor information.
* Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace.
* Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility.
* Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings as agreed by Business Unit Leader.
* The successful candidate must reside within territory
Role Requirements
* 3+ years' experience in related field sales
* Nursing/technician experience an advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Customer focused with strong influencing skills.
* Good administrative and IT/computing skills
* Commercially aware, with an ability to manage multiple complex business scenarios
* Well organised, self-motivated pro-active team player.
* Flexible and self-supported, hands-on mentality
* Proficient in local language as well as good understanding of English
