Accommodation Assistant – 5-Star Hotel Experience Essential
Excel Recruitment is seeking experienced Accommodation Assistants with a background in 5-star hotels to join our team in a busy city centre location. This is a casual role with flexible shifts and an immediate start available.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience from luxury 5-star hotel environments, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently while maintaining the highest cleaning standards are essential. Flexibility is key, as shifts may vary, and a positive, guest-focused attitude is required.
Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to impeccable 5-star standards
2. Changing bed linens, making beds, and replenishing towels
3. Restocking guest amenities with care and precision
4. Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and overall surface cleaning
5. Maintaining spotless corridors and communal areas
6. Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
7. Upholding all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
Requirements:
8. Proven housekeeping/cleaning experience in 5-star hotels (essential)
9. Reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking
10. Flexible availability for casual shifts
11. Eligible to work in Ireland (PAYE employment only)
